The Mirraco Bike brand was essentially owned and exclusively distributed by Trek Bicycles. However, we quickly found that their network of sales reps were uncomfortable selling BMX bikes and therefore hesitant to do so. I created this trade-only selling tool to educate both the sales reps and the primarily Road and Mountain bike shops they were selling into. This manual provided much needed information on how to sell BMX, the importance of proper bike setup on the floor, and upselling tips for the sales staffs. This was an overwhelming success and we did it for multiple years.
